Welcome to Sports Knots Massage & Fitness! I believe in providing a comfortable, relaxing environment to my clients so they can feel rejuvenated and refreshed after their session.  My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to provide each client with an individualized therapy session according to their specific needs.   

I started my business in 2005 after graduating from The Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004 simply because I had a strong desire to help people.  My love for athletics and competition at an early age lead me to pursue a BA in Physical Education and Athletic Training while competing in track and cross country.  After graduation, I received my training in Massage Therapy because it incorporated several techniques that are used in Athletic Training.    

I specialize in Movement Therapy, Sports and Injury Massage, Structural Bodywork, and Trigger Point Therapy as well as many other modalities to serve my clients needs.  Please check the Services & Rates page to learn more about each modality.  Visit the About Audrey page to learn more about my training and certifications.
